This one is a thought I wish I remembered every day:

You can't earn more time.

Time is the most important non-renewable resources we have. It is important to choose wisely what we do with our time. We are not guaranteed a certain amount of time and that makes what you have in front of you that much more precious. Time management can be helpful in using your time wisely.

Be sure to identify what is important to you. Is that what you spend your time on or do you let the hours on Netflix keep you from pursing the passions you have?

And consider this as well: is it important enough to count towards my time on earth? How often have we fallen into a trap of arguing with someone about pointless things? Is it worth your time, your valuable time, to continue the argument or is it better to walk away? You won't get that time back.

Whatever we use are time for is a cost. So please, ask yourself if the cost is worth the actions. There are probably a few things you have a habit of doing that aren't actually valuable to you when you look at the big picture. For me, scrolling social media and watching a lot of tv is a couple of them. In order to identify areas you may need to curb certain habits, I suggest timing yourself on what you do with your 24 hours for a week. It can be very eye-opening to see it written out. Too often time seems to fly by and we don't realize how much we just wasted on something unimportant to us. Use this to help you confront areas you need to make changes in and then go make those changes.
